The second floor of Project VIE is concerned with establishing and maintaining shared values through cultural, political, philosophical, and artistic expression.

Primary concerns: gender equality; creativity & aesthetics; public spaces (specific to political discourse); physical infrastructure specific to water management; and the open steering toward "fully automated luxury gay space shamanism."
