The seventh floor of Project VIE is where matters of religion, ethics, and governance are analysed in order to discern a second "ideal synthesis" known as THRONE.

Primary concerns: bioethics and global legislature; global medicine and health (including lifespan and ageing); preservation of global history and calendars; spiritual and religious cooperation; and applying the collective narrative.
