The ninth floor of Project VIE is where the CROWN OS reigns; it essentially leaves an open space for new developments to be integrated and applied as they arise.

Primary concerns: continued relevance and viability; integrating new information; control centre for previous floors; ensuring the continued evolution of the whole; directing new discoveries; and overseeing systemic implementation.
